About Booky Learning
Booky Learning was founded with one clear mission: to bridge the gap between school education and after-school learning.
I am Samima Sultana Daisy, Founder of Booky Learning. I have spent more than 15 years teaching in premium English Medium schools, working closely with children and parents.
Over the years, I noticed that many children struggle not because they lack ability—but because their after-school learning does not match their school’s teaching approach.
Booky Learning was created to solve this problem by offering:
- School-style academic teaching
- Consistent phonics-based learning
- Activity-based and fun learning methods
- Individual attention in small groups
Here, learning feels familiar, enjoyable, and effective.
Common Problems in Traditional After-School Learning
Many parents face these challenges after school hours:
- Teaching methods different from school
- Incorrect phonics and reading techniques
- Memorization without concept clarity
- Lack of structured lesson planning
- Large batches with no personal attention
- No activity-based or creative learning
For example:
In school, children are taught phonics-based reading, but many home tutors use spelling-based methods, which confuses young learners.
The same mismatch happens in Math and Grammar, affecting confidence and progress.
These inconsistencies slow down learning and create unnecessary pressure for children.
